Restoring communities and developing individual abilities
Childhood is a period of development with continuous change, where children learn, in interaction with others, to express themselves, make friends, enjoy life and be part of a community and family.
However, for many children in developing countries this may not be possible, due to conflict, poverty and lack of schooling, education, infrastructure and the capacity of teachers and community members to rebuild and reconstruct their societies and communities.
Paramount is committed to build partnerships with developing countries to:
- Meet the needs of education systems through educational and developmental programmes
- Develop and enhance the status of teachers and educator through our international training programmes
- Ensure the engagement and capacity building of community members
- Developing infrastructure for schools and education
- Build on existing systems and develop responsive systems of educational management
- Develop, evaluate and assess existing basic education
- Train trainers and facilitators in educational programmes
Paramount aims to develop excellence in education through international partnerships with developing countries.
